Property and Cancelation Policies :
Cancellations on any reservation must be made in writing, at least 7 (seven) calendar days before the start date of the reservation, except in cases where the reservation is made without the possibility of refunding the amounts paid in case of cancellation by the guest of the reservation. If the guest notifies the Villa at least 7 (seven) calendar days before the start date of the reservation about his intention to cancel the reservation, the Villa will cancel the reservation.Any cancellation on any reservation made less than 7 (seven) calendar days before the start date of the reservation, will be charged with a cancellation fee equivalent of the deposit, respectively, the amount paid of the first night. In case of no-show, all rooms that have been confirmed as reserved will be reserved only for the first night of the scheduled arrival date, after which Villa V may rent them without prior notice, in the event that no information has been provided about a late arrival.
Politica de anulare/retur:
Anularea oricărei rezervări trebuie efectuate în scris, cu cel puțin 7 (sapte) de zile calendaristice înainte de data de început a rezervării pe adresa de mail: office@villav.ro
În situația în care oaspetele anunță echipa Villa V cu cel puțin 7 (șapte) zile calendaristice înainte de data de început a rezervării despre intenția sa de a anula rezervarea, echipa va anula rezervarea și va restitui suma de avans.
Orice anulare realizată în mai puțin de de 7 (șapte) zile calendaristice înainte de data de început a rezervării, va fi taxata cu o taxa de anulare de 100% din valoarea rezervării, respectiv, în măsura în care oaspetele a achitat întreaga rezervare, în avans, acestuia nu i se va mai returna suma achitata.
În ceea ce priveste neprezentarea, toate camerele care au fost confirmate ca rezervate vor fi pastrate doar pentru prima noapte a datei programate de sosire, dupa care echipa Villa v le poate închiria fără alte anunțări în prealabil, în situația în care nu a fost făcuta o informare asupra sosirii târzii.

RO: REZERVAREA PROPRIETĂȚII
- Numele persoanei din formularul de rezervare rămâne contactul principal și este responsabil pentru rezervare și comunicarea cu echipa noastră.
- Rezervările online făcute cu mai puțin de 2 de ore înainte de sosire, trebuie să ne contacteze telefonic pe numărul: +40 722 347 987 sau +40 722 469242 pentru a discuta despre ora de sosire și accesibilitate.
EN: PAYMENT METHOD
- A deposit is payable at the time of booking, the equivalent of the first night.
- The guest will pay the difference up to the total amount paid upon arrival at the Villa in cash or by bank card.
- The current costs will be paid only in the local currency of the Villa (lei / ron)
- The Villa V rates include: VAT (9%), city tax (1 lei / day / person), mountain rescue tax (2 lei / day / person)
- Payments will be made through the Stripe platform. Stripe’s terms and conditions of use, as well as its Privacy Policy, can be found at www.stripe.com.

- Un depozit este plătit în momentul rezervării, echivalentul primei nopți de cazare
Oaspetele va achita diferența la sosirea la Vilă, fie numerar, fie prin credi card.
Costurile actuale vor fi plătite doar în moneda locală (lei/ron), în acord cu procesul de rezervare.
Tarifele oferite de Villa V includ: TVA (9%), taxa de oraș (1 leu/zi/persoană), taxa de salvamont (2 lei/zi/persoană); - Plățile vor fi efectuate prin intermediul platformei Stripe. EN: Check in, Check out and Access policy
- Check-in time is after 3 PM on the day of arrival and check out is anytime until 11 AM midday unless specified otherwise.
- We would like to kindly ask you to inform us the estimated arrival time at the villa, due to the fact that we do not have a reception.
- The access to Villa V is made either by ringing the doorbell, in which case a member of the team will show up at the gate and will open it for you. We also offer the self check in option.The access code in the Villa will be communicated during the arrival day, together with all the relevant information (the room number, the floor, the brekafast menu). In case you need an earlier accommodation than the standard one of the villa, please contact us. Exceeding the check-out time, without notifying the reception in advance, can lead to extra taxes, including, but not limited to, the late check-out fee or even the accommodation fee for an additional night.
RO: Check in, Check out și Politica de Acces
- Timpul de check-in este începând cu orele 3 PM în ziua sosirii și check-out este oricând până la ora 11 AM, aceste detalii se pot modifica având o discuție în prealabil.
Te vom ruga să ne informezi cu privire la ora estimativă de sosire pentru check in, deoarece nu avem recepție tot timpul.
Accesul in pensiune se face fie sunând la interfonul de la poartă, situație în care un membru al echipei se va prezenta pentru a vă deschide. Există și posibilitatea de self check in. Codul de acces va fi comunicat în ziua cazării, împreună cu restul de informații relevante (numărul camerei, etajul, meniul pentru micul dejun). In situația in care aveți nevoie de o cazare mai devreme decât cea standard a pensiunii, vă rugam să ne contactați. Depășirea orei de check out, fără anunțarea în prealabil a recepției, poate duce la extra taxe, inclusiv, dar nu limitativ, la taxa de check out târziu sau chiar taxa de cazare pentru o noapte suplimentară.
EN: Changes to reservations
- Changes resulting from any reservations must be made in writing. All the modification will be guaranteed in the moment of receiving the confirmation, in writing, from Villa V.Please have in mind that the rates resulting from the changes may vary, depending on the type of the change, as well as the availability at the time of the change brought to the reservations.If there are tariff differences, the change will be conditioned by the payment of the extra difference.
RO: Modificări ale rezervărilor
Modificarile survenite rezervărilor vor fi efectuate în scris. Nicio modificare nu va fi garantata pana in momentul primirii confirmării, în scris, din partea echipei noastre. Tarifele survenite în urma modificărilor pot varia, în funcție de natura schimbării, cât și de disponibilitatea în momentul modificării aduse rezervarii. Dacă vor exista diferențe de tarif, efectuarea modificarii va fi conditionață de plata diferenței în plus.
EN: Children policy
- The villa can only accommodate children regardless of age, but children over 6 (six) years old at the time of accommodation will be charged as adults.
- Guests undertake to take care of children with whom they will stay and will not leave them unattended in the hotel room or in the public spaces of the Villa.
RO: Politică acceptare copii
- Villa V poate caza copii indiferent de varstă, însă copiii cu vârsta de peste 6 (șase) ani împliniți în momentul cazării vor fi taxați ca și adulți. Oaspeții se obligă să aibă grijă de copii alături de care se vor caza și nu îi vor lăsa nesupravegheați în camera de pensiune sau în spatiile publice ale pensiunii.
ACCOMMODATION TERMS OF USE
- A Guest Registration Form must be completed at or before check-in by the person who made the booking.
- Guests are expected to leave the property in a neat and tidy manner on departure.
- Wi-Fi is provided complimentary for guest use.
- For security reasons, a video surveillance system is active outside the villa, as well as in public spaces inside. The use of records is made regularly by applying the law of protection of personal data.
RO: CONDIȚII DE REZERVARE
- Un formular de înregistrare a oaspeților trebuie completat de către persoana care a efectuat rezervarea.
Wi-Fi-ul este oferit gratuit pentru oaspeți și se regăsește pe scrisoarea din fiecare cameră. - Dorim să te anunțăm că, din motive de siguranță, există un sistem de supraveghere atât exteriorul pensiunii, cât și în spațiile publice din interior. Folosirea tuturor înregistrărilor este realizată în acord cu legile speciale, inclusiv cea de protecție a datelor cu caracter personal.
EN: Parking
- Parking can be done directly on the street and it is public. Due to the fact that Villa V does not have its own car park, Villa V is not responsible for the theft or destruction of parked vehicles in the public car parks near the villa or in any place near the villa. We would kindly suggest to our guests to make sure the vehicle is locked and not to leave personal belongings in the car. The villa cannot be held liable for damages done to third parties in the area of the public parking lot or the Villa.
RO: Parcarea
- Parcarea se face direct pe stradă (în fața pensiunii sau în apropiere) și este publică. Deoarece vila nu dispune de parcare privată, Villa V nu este responsabilă pentru furtul sau distrugerea vehiculelor
parcate în parcarile publice din apropierea pensiunii sau in oricare al loc de langa pensiunel. Villa V nu poate fi făcută responsabilă pentru dăune facute catre terti în zona parcarii publice sau a vilei. Există camere de supraveghere în exterior.
EN: Breakfast
- We serve the breakfast individually, not in the form as a buffet. Upon check in, you can choose the option that you desire.
RO: Micul dejun
- Micul dejun este servit individual, nu sub forma unui bufet. V-am pregătit câteva variante, iar când veți sosi veți putea alege opțiunea dorită.
Room occupancy policy
- The number of guests who will be accommodated in any room will be strictly limited, according to the reservation, and under no circumstances can exceed the number 2 (two), 4 (four) for the rooms whose accommodation allows this, The limitations were set both for the health, safety and comfort of the guests, as well as for the design and operational reasons of the villa.
- The guest agrees that if the number of occupants of one or more rooms is higher than the one in the confirmed reservation, Villa V will not be held responsible and will not accept more people in the conditions of that reservation.
- Keys should be returned to the responsible of our properties on the day of departure.
- Guests are responsible for their choice of accommodation.
We are not responsible if the style of property does not live up to guests expectations, therefore guests should view property listings on www.villav.ro carefully before booking.
RO: Politica de ocupare a camerelor
- Numărul de oaspeți care va fi cazat în orice cameră va fi strict limitat, conform rezervării, și sub nici o circumstanță nu poate depași cifra 2 (doi) pentru camerele duble și 4 (patru) pentru apartamente.

- Cheile trebuiesc returnate echipei noastre în ziua plecării.
- Oaspeții sunt responsabili pentru alegerea lor de cazare. Nu suntem responsabili dacă stilul de proprietate nu se ridică la așteptările oaspeților, prin urmare oaspeții trebuie să vizualizeze materialele despre propietate disponibile pe www.villav.ro cu atenție înainte de rezervare.
Non-smoking policy and open fire
- Smoking is not allowed anywhere inside the property. You may smoke outside, on our terraces.
- Due to the high risk of fire, candles are sadly not permitted in the rooms. Anyone who wilfully or negligently causes damage to any buildings or equipment will be responsible for the cost of remedial repairs.
RO: Politica de nefumători și foc aprins
- Fumatul nu este permis în interiorul proprietății. Puteți fuma afară, pe terasele grădinii exterioare sau pe balconul camerei.
- Datorită riscului ridicat de incendiu, lumânările nu sunt permise în camere. Orice persoană care dăunează intenționat sau din neglijență clădirii sau echipamentelor din proprietate va fi responsabilă de costul reparațiilor ulterioare.
Persons with disabilities
- Unfortunately, Villa V cannot accommodate people with disabilities, due to the lack of a lift.

Pet policy
- No Pets Allowed. We love animals but not inside the house.
